Selectioneering's 3S Staff Scheduling System provides a revolutionary tool set giving employees and managers complete control over their time and schedule. Traditional scheduling systems use optimization algorithms to generate rigid work schedules, often without regard for the employee’s preference. 3S's web-based toolkit provides the employee unprecedented control to select their own work schedule.

Originally developed by students at the University of Arizona, Selectioneering has taken this technology outside the lab through a partnership with the University of Arizona Department of Emergency Medicine.
